We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Stokomani. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in daily stock replenishment and maintenance of store displays
- Prepare merchandise for sale, including tasks such as folding, pricing, and displaying products
- Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit sales
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance, including cleaning and organization
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required.
