About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Specialist/Instructional Designer to join our team as an integral part of our international e-learning project. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality educational content and driving the digital mindset within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for e-learning projects, ensuring consistency with our company's mission and vision.
  • Design and develop innovative educational content that engages and excites our audience, utilizing advanced video editing software and instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and technical teams to align video content with educational objectives and ensure effective management of educational content using content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Lead and manage e-learning projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and risk management, while fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging digital culture.
  • Network with internal and external teams to stay up-to-date on market trends in e-learning and development, and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.
  • Guarantee the personalization of learning adapted to the needs of each person and encourage collaborative learning through digital tools.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing e-learning projects in international projects.
  • Knowledge or training in Pedagogy.
  • Residence in Lila (France) or near.
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and familiarity with advanced editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of theories, models, and best practices of instructional design.
  • Experience working in international environments or projects.
  • Very high level of English.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and with a mindset towards change.
  • Good communication skills, as you will be in contact with different teams and roles at the international level.
  • A good ability to plan and organize, as you will be the project manager and will have to guarantee the success of the project.
  • Ability to lead, being a person who energizes teams from different countries and cultures.
