About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Definition Analyst to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our API Management department, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and operating our API Hub product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business requirements and build functional/technical knowledge of our processes and end-user products.
  • Contribute to the estimation of requirements and consolidate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
  • Write feasibility studies, solution overview documents, and interface control documents, and present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.
  • Define UI/BE specifications based on business requirements and ensure functional compatibility with other Amadeus applications.
  • Design APIs based on business requirements and user needs, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality, consistency, and compatibility.
  • Document API design and functionality for internal and external consumers, and test, debug, and troubleshoot APIs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product definition analyst.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with functional and technical teams.
  • Good understanding of SAFe and ability to work with different teams across locations.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, and a creative and proactive approach.
