Key Responsibilities:- Manage stockroom operations, including inventory control, stockroom organization, and product rotation.
- Supervise replenishment and stock movement operations to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to determine commercial store needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Train store associates in stock management guidelines and standards.
- Develop and manage a team to support store operations and customer service.
- Previous stockroom experience, ideally in a managerial role.
- Ability to lead, develop, and train a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
