Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Coordinate with Regional Treasurers and Cash Managers to integrate local treasuries into the Group\u2019s global treasury organization
\u2022 Identify opportunities to optimize cash management, including cash pooling and trapped cash reduction
\u2022 Develop and implement treasury projects, such as reducing the number of bank accounts
\u2022 Ensure local financing is adequate, including reviewing and setting up intercompany financing and monitoring local financing facilities
\u2022 Play a key role in FX/IR risk management, including monitoring Group exposures and implementing interest rate hedging strategies
\u2022 Act as the key point of contact for acquired companies\u2019 integration into the Egis Treasury organization
\u2022 Develop and maintain Treasury policies and procedures
Requirements:
\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in finance or equivalent
\u2022 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a Corporate Treasury of a multinational
\u2022 Strong knowledge of Hedge Accounting
\u2022 Full proficiency in English and French languages
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
\u2022 Excellent organization, administration, and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Proactive outlook and hands-on approach
