• Conduct a thorough analysis of the project's legal, technical, financial, and human risks, and review the studies and contract.
• Identify the specific technical and SQE requirements.
• Develop the best technical and economic solutions for the project and research alternatives.
• Establish the internal cost estimate based on reference prices.
• Prepare the company bid.

• 2-5 years of higher education in building, civil engineering, or construction economics.
• Junior engineer or minimum 5 years of experience as a price studies technician; works-related experience is appreciated.
