Futbol Mas Partnership and Fundraising Manager Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership and Fundraising Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships and fundraising efforts in Europe, based in either Spain or France, preferably in France.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Commercial Director and partnership team in Santiago, Chile, as well as with our regional office in Nairobi, Kenya. Your primary objective will be to create sustainability and scale up our operations in Europe, while convincing partners to include more communities and programs in the Futbol Mas family.

We are looking for a creative and resilient individual with a strong sense of administration skills and a drive for start-up experience. If you have a passion for sport and development, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with European organizations and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities in Europe
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and partnership team to develop and implement fundraising strategies
  • Collaborate with the regional office in Nairobi, Kenya to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Futbol Mas in Europe

  • Proven experience in partnership and fundraising management
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sport and development
