About the Role
The Integration Consulting Senior Specialist is a key member of the Amadeus Hotel IT team, responsible for designing and delivering high-performance systems that integrate with Amadeus CRS/PMS. This role requires a deep understanding of customer ecosystems and the ability to analyze business and technical requirements to drive scoping sessions with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design integration solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with Amadeus strategy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop integration workflows and ensure dependencies are tracked
- Present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders and contribute to the elaboration of AHP API strategy
- Participate in strategic decisions and drive quality initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
About the Ideal Candidate
- BS in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience using APIs and leading projects
- Strong project management skills and experience working in a matrix environment
