Site Supervisor

Talex Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Manager specializing in Carpentry and Fit-Out for one of its valued clients in the construction industry.

Our client, a reputable regional group, undertakes both public and private construction and renovation projects. With a focus on interior design, they manage a range of tasks in-house and through subcontractors, encompassing drywall, insulation, cladding, carpentry (both interior and exterior), painting, ceilings, and flooring.

• Conduct thorough financial studies, develop comprehensive schedules, allocate resources effectively (human capital, equipment, materials), and determine appropriate construction methods for each project after collaborating with the design office.
• Oversee all aspects of the site during execution, ensuring smooth operations from a human resource perspective (managing employees and subcontractors), technical expertise, administrative efficiency, and financial management.
• Actively participate in site meetings, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards, time constraints, and safety protocols.
• Leverage your strong sales skills to interact with clients, providing accurate quotes for additional work as needed.
• Deliver completed projects to the highest standard and authorize progress payments upon successful completion of milestones.

The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in construction with extensive experience in wood fitting and carpentry. Exceptional teamwork skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
