About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Research and Development Microbiologist to join our team at VRS Recruitment. As a key member of our client's R&D team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of new chemical and biological entities, including sterile and non-sterile products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement microbiological testing strategies for R&D projects
  • Conduct analysis of sterile and non-sterile products to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve microbiological issues and improve product quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology

Requirements:

  • Masters and/or PhD in Microbiology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sterile environment within an industrial pharmaceutical setting
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (Annexe 1)
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
