Tech Procurement Specialist

Embark on a dynamic journey with Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team, shaping the future of the Wine & Spirits industry with cutting-edge technology. As a Tech Procurement Officer, you will support IT teams throughout the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring contract management.
Your Key Missions:- Collaborate with Tech Vendor Engagement lead in defining and executing sourcing strategy, including target sales mix, supplier landscape design, and supplier spend management.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of IT Procurement policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Support Users and IT teams through the procurement lifecycle:
- Source & Select: RFP/RFI redaction, supplier targeting, selection, and validation.
- Contractualization: Provide leadership through contract negotiation and signature management, ensuring commercial, financial, legal, business, privacy, and cybersecurity risks are evaluated and known.
- Monitor contract management: Support or act as a mediator in case of issues between internal customers and suppliers, lead costs and rebates negotiations, and manage contract renewal or termination.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or IT Procurement and Sourcing or related fields.
- 7 years' experience in IT procurement, preferably within a large international group, with a track record in large IT contract negotiations and long-term IT vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of IT market sourcing and ideally previous experience in IT delivery, IT operations, or IT project management.
- Ability to interact with other departments, end users, and various corporate profiles, with customer-oriented and team lead skills.
- High degree of autonomy and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, planning, and organizational skills, time management, decision making, interpersonal skills, and mentoring on expertise.
