We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Technical Service Engineer to join our team in France. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and support to our customers in France, ensuring their solar energy systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through, and post-sales activities
- Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operation matters
- Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacement
- Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
- Conduct local product/technical training
- Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
- Gather product intelligence information and perform competitor analysis
- Provide sales and marketing support as needed
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in the solar industry
- Self-motivator with a strong ability to work independently
- Good communicator with fluent English
