Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team at Square Management. As a key member of our Digital & Marketing Domain of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation projects, from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Design and implement digital transformation strategies, leveraging your expertise in creating value through new digital offerings, customer journeys, and omnichannel experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to apply solutions, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
- Pilot projects, coordinating multi-stakeholder teams, and driving business outcomes.
- Develop and share digital, marketing, and customer experience expertise within the organization.
- Contribute to business development, recruitment, and talent development.
- Act as a reference and mentor for junior consultants.
- Participate in community initiatives, Domain of Excellence programs, and R&D projects.
- Represent Square Management's RSE initiatives and values.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or internal project leader in a large company or consulting firm.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, marketing, customer journeys, e-commerce, website refactoring, analytics, and back-office efficiency.
- Ability to coordinate and lead diverse teams, and drive projects from start to finish.
- Culture of engagement, teamwork, and alignment with Square Management's values.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
