We're seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in France, focusing on two business groups: CALID-BNANO. As a key member of our HR team, you'll work closely with site management to address employee matters and drive business success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with employees from two business groups in France, leveraging country-specific knowledge to deliver on-site requirements.
- Taking on HR assignments and projects, collaborating with site management to drive business outcomes.
- Supporting business strategy implementation and addressing local, business-related topics.
Requirements:
- BAC+5 degree in management, HR, or labor law (or significant experience in an HRBP position).
- Fluency in English (min. B2) and French (min).
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
