Nous recherchons un.e Responsable Fiscal et Financier Senior pour renforcer notre équipe financière à Le Grand & Associates. Ce rôle est essentiel pour la gestion du processus de clôture mensuelle, de la fiscalité (impôts, TVA), de la préparation des comptes statutaires et de la gestion des audits, tout en suivant les politiques comptables globales et en participant à divers projets ad hoc pour la région.
Missions clés
- Gestion financière : Élaboration et suivi des rapports financiers mensuels ainsi que des comptes statutaires en conformité avec les normes en vigueur.
- Conformité fiscale : Responsabilité de la conformité fiscale des entités DACH, avec une focalisation sur l'optimisation des pratiques existantes.
- Appui à l'équipe financière : Appui à l'équipe financière EMEA pour la gestion des provisions fiscales et des réconciliations d'impôts.
- Pilotage de projets : Pilotage de projets corporate, tels que les initiatives de rapatriement de trésorerie.
- Préparation de déclarations : Préparation des déclarations de TVA pour les entités DACH, avec un soutien ponctuel pour d'autres régions si nécessaire.
- Surveillance et révision : Surveillance et révision de la mise en œuvre de divers contrôles internes.
- Collaboration avec les auditeurs : Collaboration avec les auditeurs externes afin de garantir le respect des exigences d'audit.
- Détection d'améliorations : Détection et application d'améliorations visant à rendre les processus financiers plus efficaces.
- Implication dans des projets : Implication dans des projets et initiatives à l'échelle régionale et internationale.
Compétences requises
- Formation en Finance : Formation en Finance.
- Solide expérience : Solide expérience au sein d'un Big4.
- Maîtrise des langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais, du français et toutes autres langues européennes représentent un avantage.
- Maîtrise de SAP : Maîtrise de SAP, ainsi qu'une connaissance des normes US GAAP et des réglementations comptables propres à l'Autriche, l'Allemagne et la Suisse.
- Certification : Certification ACCA ou équivalent national appréciée.
