Made In Design Grenoble is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our vibrant design showroom. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through their projects, offering expert advice on our diverse range of products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and project aspirations.
- Leverage your design knowledge and product expertise to present tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Effectively negotiate sales, utilizing available tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom environment that reflects our brand standards and inspires customers.
- Provide ongoing support to customers after their purchase, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Your Profile:
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for design and customer service. Ideally, you possess a background in business, design, or interior architecture. Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential qualities for success in this role.
Proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
