Job Title: Collaboration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Engineer to join our team at SFBI. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in identifying synergistic inhibitors to combat Multi-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) infections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our research team to study the interaction of small molecules with the 2nd target of the pathway
  • Collect and analyze intensive ligand dockings, extract pharmacophoric features, and set up molecular dynamics simulations
  • Develop and implement a dedicated pipeline using Snakemake workflow manager
  • Work alongside our team of researchers, PhD students, and postdocs to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python) and good coding practices
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
