Job Title: Commercial Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients in the agricultural sector, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, and organizing demonstrations of agricultural machinery and user training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the agricultural sector, leveraging your technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and their use.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, providing personalized follow-up and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Organize and conduct demonstrations of agricultural machinery, as well as user training sessions, to showcase our products and services.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to adjust our sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, showcasing our products and services to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in selling agricultural equipment or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and their use, as well as a strong understanding of the agricultural sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and achieve set goals, with a strong focus on results.
