Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Renault Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business stakeholders by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business stakeholders in their data projects, helping them to express their needs and advise on possible solutions.
  • Communicate and promote data platform solutions across the organization.
  • Foster the identification of data platform use cases and opportunities for business value.
  • Ensure data platform projects are aligned with strategy and compliant with data governance, security, and privacy requirements.
  • Transform client needs into functional requirements and produce documentation for Go/No Go decisions, prioritization, and development.
  • Steer and follow data projects from framing to go-live, using Agile methodology.
  • Ensure compliance and auditability with data project methodology and delivery of project documentation.
  • Coordinate actions between stakeholders, including project owners, data governance, data privacy, data factory, and business teams.
  • Define and follow QCD KPIs and report project progress.
  • Ensure business validation of finished products and provide training and operational usage support.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Basic SQL skills, with ability to perform simple requests.
  • Data analysis skills and experience in project management or project owner support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business process analysis and data analysis aptitude.
  • Animation, coordination, and teamwork aptitude.
  • Synthetic spirit, organization, and pedagogy required.
  • Knowledge of banking, insurance, or automobile sectors appreciated.
  • Knowledge or aptitude for Big Data technologies, AI, data engineering, and data science appreciated.
  • Knowledge or aptitude for Agile method and related tools.
  • Pack Office mastery.
