Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Vice President to join our team at Crédit Agricole SA in France. As a key member of our Corporate and Leveraged Finance department, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing corporate acquisition finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive financial proposals for acquisition financing, in close collaboration with other business lines within the bank.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and define the financial structure of transactions.
- Prepare AFA notes (risk analysis, sector analysis, transaction structure, case studies, and credit process coordination).
- Participate in the structuring and execution of acquisition finance transactions, including drafting loan agreements, commercial and legal negotiations, and syndication strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics).
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial modeling and credit risk analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
