About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the redevelopment of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and cutting-edge functionality. As the key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough audit of our current website, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Create a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget for the website redevelopment.
  • Liaise with internal teams, management, and external service providers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment and coordination of a team of web developers, designers, and other vendors to implement the project.
  • Ensure the project remains within the allocated budget and manage any financial aspects related to development and external vendor contracts.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or issues.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance before the official launch to ensure that the website functions correctly and meets user expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in web development or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with website development technologies, including front-end and back-end development, content management systems (CMS), and SEO optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
  • Strong financial management skills and the ability to keep projects on budget and within timelines.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required, given the international nature of the platform.
  • Understanding of the business and legal landscape in France would be an advantage.
