The role of Manufacturing Process Optimization Lead at LEO Pharma is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced production professional.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee the optimization of our manufacturing processes, ensuring they run reliably and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

About the Role

This position reports directly to [Manager's Name] and is responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Management, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in production, logistics, and/or supply management
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and driving cost savings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with French as an asset
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, you can expect:
