Position Overview:

As a Revenue Management Analytics Specialist at M-CON MANAGEMENT, LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing our analytics capabilities within the Consumer Goods sector across various European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the analytics strategy for revenue management, prioritizing opportunities for enhanced analytics, planning resources, and celebrating milestones.
  • Develop innovative analytical solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal and external experts.
  • Integrate new solutions into the operational framework in partnership with the Excellence Manager.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective adoption of analytical solutions through training, support, and problem-solving.
  • Establish a suite of performance measurement reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring their implementation and ongoing relevance.
  • Transform data into actionable insights through project work and the annual business planning cycle.
  • Continuously benchmark and enhance skills to remain at the forefront of best practices in data and analytics for revenue management.
  • Actively participate in the revenue management community within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in the FMCG sector in analytical, financial, or commercial roles.
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in building analytical solutions, including landscape assessments and predictive financial models.
  • Strong understanding of key revenue management concepts such as pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with insight agencies and confidence in utilizing econometric and AI modeling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to innovate and drive behavioral change through the adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
