With a strong presence across France and Europe, including 17 regional offices and 8 locations in Europe, Syndex provides expert advice and support to employee representatives in their efforts to advocate for the interests of employees, addressing both social and economic dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
Based in Paris and working within one of our specialized industry departments (automotive, aerospace, and energy), your primary responsibility will be to offer guidance and support to our clients, including CSE elected representatives and trade unions, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their organization's circumstances.
This empowers them to engage in a balanced social dialogue.As part of a collaborative team of consultants, your duties will include:
- Evaluating the organization's status through economic, financial, social, and strategic data, as well as conducting interviews with various stakeholders (elected officials and management),
- Drafting summary notes and comprehensive reports,
- Presenting your findings to elected officials and during plenary sessions,
- Developing and nurturing client relationships: providing ongoing support, advice, and regular communication throughout the mission,
- Ultimately, overseeing missions focused on strategic, economic, financial, and social diagnostics.

The ideal candidate will possess a higher education background (university, IEP, business school, engineering school, accounting expertise, etc.) and ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting (consulting, financial management, etc.) or within the nonprofit or labor sectors.
You should have a keen analytical mindset and a desire to explore new areas of knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing capabilities are essential for this role, which requires active listening and effective communication.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
