The Directorate of Major Projects and Heritage (DGPP) is pivotal in overseeing significant municipal projects, ensuring alignment with the city’s strategic goals for ecological and energy transition. With an annual investment budget dedicated to enhancing public services, the DGPP is at the forefront of transformative initiatives.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing key construction projects, including educational facilities and community centers, all while adhering to sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project management for municipal construction initiatives
- Develop a comprehensive multi-year investment strategy aligned with city objectives
- Contribute to sustainability efforts within building operations
- Advise stakeholders on project feasibility and timelines
- Manage financial, scheduling, and technical aspects of projects
- Design and implement specific intervention plans
- Full-time position with a weekly schedule of 37 hours
- Regular travel within the municipality
- Valid driver's license required
- Work location: Municipal Technical Center
