Role OverviewIn this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Cybersecurity within the Rail Production and Rolling Stock IT Division. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead cybersecurity initiatives across the 'Rolling Stock' and 'Rail Production' sectors. You will play a crucial role in embedding Information System Security (ISS) practices throughout the organization, from the development phase to all IT applications.
With significant events on the horizon, the robustness of our IT infrastructure is of utmost importance. As the Cybersecurity Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the integration of Information System Security across the organization
- Assessing development and architectural solutions against security standards
- Assisting in the mitigation of security vulnerabilities during the development lifecycle
- Engaging in security integration, Risk Assessments, and compliance oversight
- Actively contributing to the reduction of technical obsolescence
- Providing expert guidance to teams by advocating for best practices
This position may require on-call duties and occasional travel to various locations.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Information Systems and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field of cybersecurity. A strong foundation in systems, architecture, and networking is essential, along with proficiency in professional English.

Salary RangeEUR 45-55k based on experience, with the potential for an individual performance bonus of up to 10%.
