About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Engineer to join our Innovation Quality Management team at EssilorLuxottica Group.
As a QMS Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in the development of our Quality Management System within the Innovation department and ensuring its global compliance and relevance across different entities.
You will also animate the continuous improvement of this QMS and evaluate its performance through key performance indicators defined with process owners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Animate the GLI QMS from process description to effectiveness measurements through audit
- Support GLI Process owners in describing processes and be a force of proposal for improvement
- Support the Innovation QMS Team in external and internal audits
Main Requirements:
- Master's degree in sciences with a specialty in Quality
- First experience in Quality Management Systems and/or Medical Device industry
- First experience in Medical Device (at least 2 years), Innovation, or Quality Management System (including audit part)
- Solid knowledge in medical device regulations (MDR 2017/745, 21 CFR 820, NMPA...)
- Strong soft skills to animate meetings and training
- Solid soft skills to be synthetic and clear in communication (oral and written)
