We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our Consumer Marketing team in EMEA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies across EMEA, including social media, PR, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing and approving social posts from 19 different markets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Lead and own the building of a weekly PR report to be shared with the regional team and upper management.
- Support the development of the consumer marketing strategy across POEM, identifying need gaps and opportunities for new launches and consumer events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign support and budget sufficiency for the markets.
- Support the collection and analysis of data from company-wide software and tools, providing insights to inform strategic planning and opportunities.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong passion for marketing and consumer engagement. You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the cosmetics industry or CPG sector. Proficiency in English is required, with other EMEA languages a plus.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and drive momentum on projects.
