Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team at HrFlow. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our content marketing efforts, helping to create engaging and informative content that positions HrFlow as a thought leader in the HR technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with HrFlow's overall marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create various content types, including blog posts, social media content, webinars, and marketing materials on HR Tech themes
  • Conduct research to gather insights and data for compelling and informative content
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and reach
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content assets
  • Work closely with marketing team members and stakeholders to gather input for content creation
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English and French
  • Keen interest in content creation and digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Eagerness to learn about HR technology and B2B marketing
