Mission
We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team in Paris or Laval. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of our software products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective in helping users embrace sustainable practices.
As a key member of the product development team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Consulting. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research and gathering insights to prototyping, designing, and iterating on innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the information design of our products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for end-to-end product features.
- Conduct user interviews to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
- Advocate for design best practices and maintain high design standards within the organization.
- Present your design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B web SaaS applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design ideas.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for creating simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Business-level English proficiency.
