Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team in France. As an EHS Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the environmental health and safety of our operations, including the management of waste, water, and air quality. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement waste management plans to minimize waste and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on environmental health and safety metrics, including waste reduction and recycling rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for environmental sustainability and cost savings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
