Your Missions

Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale has decided to heavily invest in cognitive computing: we were the first company to implement IBM Watson technology in France.

Within our 'Cognitive Solutions' sector, dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, in an innovative, constantly evolving, and highly technical environment, you will join the team responsible for accompanying change.

You will work on the following topics:

• Develop and promote the communication strategy around cognitive solutions within the company:
  • Define and implement the accompaniment plans for the deployment of cognitive solutions in a large group.
  • Contribute to strengthening the network of change ambassadors, particularly through the production of communications and coaching on expertise in change accompaniment.
  • Sensitize and acculturate the various stakeholders involved in the work around cognitive solutions on the importance of change accompaniment and the factors of success in the adoption of these solutions.
  • Participate in the visibility of the missions of the Cognitive Solutions sector within the Group.
• Ensure the remittance of needs and information sharing between end-users and project teams:
  • Develop and lead workshops with the various stakeholders involved in the design and use of cognitive solutions.
  • Participate in the design of user journeys in collaboration with UX experts and various project teams.

What We'll Appreciate in You

With a bachelor's degree or higher, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a similar role (animation, management, etc.).

You possess excellent listening skills and can adapt your accompaniment to different contexts and users.

You are a creative problem-solver with excellent synthesis skills.

You are organized and can prioritize tasks effectively.

You are adaptable and curious about new things, with a constructive approach.

You are a creative thinker who develops innovative ideas.

A knowledge of banking, insurance, or telecommunications is a plus.

You are proficient in office tools and have a good command of English, with video editing skills being a plus.
