Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Executive in the "Cutting Tools" Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new client accounts across various sectors, including automotive, mechanical, and railway.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive assessments to formulate effective strategies for client acquisition.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Commercial Director to establish the overarching strategy for the region.
  • Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with R&D on commercial initiatives to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Financial Planning: Manage budgeting and annual forecasting while working closely with the sales team to devise innovative, market-specific strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Execute tests with clients, prepare detailed reports, and maintain consistent communication through CRM systems (Salesforce).
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in technical (mechanical, chemical) and/or commercial disciplines, demonstrating a robust technical acumen along with familiarity in machining processes (turning, milling). Experience in selling intricate technical solutions within the industry or transitioning from an Application Engineer/Technician role into a commercial position is highly regarded. Proficiency in English is essential for success in this international setting.
