Our Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lyon, France. As a key member of our Field team, you will be responsible for ensuring strong communication within France and Benelux on the most recent AFib treatment options with our technologies.

You will establish a strong relationship with our Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and work closely with our Field Clinical Leader to better understand local pathology markets and establish a fast penetration of the Volta system in those markets with a high adoption rate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sharing best clinical practices and identifying critical success factors (maximizing product adoption, proactive communication, representation of Volta)
  • Assisting Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
  • Providing regional Volta procedural case coverage
  • Providing additional backup support to Field Account Managers in sales support, regional training, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product introduction
  • Remaining current on developments in fields of expertise, regulatory requirements, and company and competitor products, markets, and objectives as well as industry trends
  • Resolving and/or facilitating resolution of problems, including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence
  • Utilizing strong interpersonal communication skills while engaging with customers to resolve issues
  • Interacting with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience. You should have a minimum of 2 years of increasingly responsible experience in Electrophysiology, cardiac pacing, and related industries.

You must demonstrate knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures and possess comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

You should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and willing to learn about AI products. You must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals and be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process will consist of a phone interview with the HR team, an interview with the Regional Business Director, an interview with the Head Innovation & Education Director, and a culture fit interview with HR and Volta Ambassador.

We offer a competitive salary of €34,000 - €45,000 per year.
