Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team at KRYS GROUP, a dynamic cooperative with a unique family spirit. As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the visual health of our clients by performing eye exams and providing expert advice on eyewear and contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye exams in a state-of-the-art optometry room, utilizing advanced tools and technology.
- Exercise your expertise in a dynamic and innovative work environment, leveraging digital tools and a customer-centric approach to provide exceptional service.
- Offer personalized recommendations on eyewear and contact lenses, taking into account the client's visual needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our store, including visual displays, product installations, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of optics, including eye exams and lens adaptation.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
