About the JobThis is a role that involves performing cleaning activities in public areas of the hotel and connectors, ensuring that these areas are always clean and organized.
Responsibilities- Start your work in public areas and connectors.
- Be punctual and present yourself at the designated time set by your supervisor.
- Have your ID badge and uniform clean and in good condition, and take care of your personal image.
- Be familiar with the description of your functions and responsibilities, company policies, and service standards, and comply with them.
- Be responsible for all equipment and accessories necessary for the performance of your duties.
- Receive and sign the master key log, and be responsible for its safekeeping, notifying management of any loss or theft.
- Participate daily in the briefing at the designated time set by your supervisor.
- Clean public areas of guests and connectors according to established procedures.
- Ensure that the cleaning signage is visible.
- Clean floors and vacuum carpets in corridors and public areas.
- Clean windows in all areas.
- Clean walls and moldings in corridors and public areas.
- Clean the inside and outside of trash cans in public areas.
- Maintain clean areas of offices.
- Remove trash from corridors and place it in the trash room.
- Clean stairs, elevators, doors, walls, and ceilings.
- Clean fire extinguishers, light fixtures, walls, and floors.
- Maintain clean areas of the hotel.
- Perform auxiliary services such as polishing granite and washing floors.
- Restaurants and Lobby Bar: Clean chairs, sweep the floor, and dust daily, clean windows and glass.
- Portaria Social: Clean the revolving door and other glass, vacuum the entrance carpet, clean trash cans and ashtrays. Check the pillows on sofas and clean the floor.
Bathrooms:
- Use required PPE. Know that the use of gloves is mandatory for bathroom cleaning.
- Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, trash cans, walls, cabinets, and bathroom areas. Replace hygienic paper, towels, and soap.
- Area Administration and Connectors: Clean floors and collect trash.
- Spa and Fitness: Clean benches, trash cans, floors, TVs, air outlets, gym equipment, doors, furniture, mirrors, sauna, walls. Replace items in the wardrobe, towels, materials in massage rooms, and check amenities in bathrooms. Check towels and pillows on sofas.
- Pools: Clean and organize the entire area and furniture. Check if there are enough towels for guests.
3. Ensure that areas are organized and that service standards for public areas are met.
Perform cleaning and organize furniture in areas that need to be cleaned (lobby bar, pool, lounge, social entrance, rooms, parking, storage, offices, etc).Help with the development and change of furniture in apartments and general areas.Wash corridor and room carpets when requested by the supervisor or management.4. Take care of your work equipment for daily tasks.
Know and handle work tools and equipment properly, and use chemicals correctly.Apply chemicals correctly according to the material and safety and usage specifications.Collect and store your work equipment at the end of your daily shift.5. Report anomalies to your superiors.
Report to the Governor or Security any hazardous situation for guests.Report and deliver to the Governor and Security any valuable objects found in hotel areas.Report to your supervisor or manager any suspicious person in apartment areas, corridors, or public areas.6. Know the procedures established in case of risks and emergencies.
Know emergency codes and act according to established procedures to combat an emergency.Participate in training programs related to your position.Participate in institutional training courses coordinated by the Governor and Talent & Culture.7. Support apartment attendants in all cleaning and accommodation services for furniture.
Perform other general activities requested by the Governor or supervisor, such as washing floor mats, curtains, sofa covers, armchairs, etc.Help put and remove curtains from rooms and lounges.Help the apartment attendant with changing bed mattresses in rooms. Etc.-
