Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy Ghana Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems on our oil and gas production installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electrical technicians to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with QHSSE rules and procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance on non-critical equipment
- Test and verify alarms, trip, and interlock settings
- Perform insulation and continuity tests
- Dismantle, replace defective parts, reassemble, reconnect, and check LV electrical equipment
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC or equivalent)
- 3 to 6 years' experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes and equipment
- Electrical specific knowledge of HV & LV power distribution and control networks, HV & LV motor drives, and Alternators
