We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Planning Engineer to join our team at Oldcastle Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will be responsible for analysing and improving manufacturing processes, planning and scheduling production orders, and ensuring compliance with customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse manufacturing processes and methods to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Plan and schedule production orders to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with customer commitments in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement and manufacturing planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
