ESG Advisory Role at Euronext
Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Sales, Growth Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, Technology.
The ESG Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our team of advisors assists senior management at issuers, providing high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors' perception and expectations, leveraging the listing with market experts and ensuring most efficient and appealing extra-financial performance communication.
The ESG Advisory Associate will be part of the Advisory & IR Solutions team at Corporate Services, which mission consists in supporting listed companies in making the most of their relationships with capital markets.
Under the supervision of the ESG Manager, you will be in charge of addressing the growing needs of listing companies for meeting their sustainable requirements in capital markets through:
- Ensuring a good understanding of Euronext clients' sustainability maturity and ESG needs
- Preparing commercial activities for other members of the ESG Advisory team
- Representing the ESG advisory on Euronext's places when relevant
- Supporting a network of internal business partners to propose a relevant offer to Clients
- Executing this strategy by providing excellence in client deliverables, supporting ESG Advisory team's prospection and execution efforts
We are looking for an ESG Advisory Analyst to join our dynamic ESG Advisory team assisting Euronext issuers in implementation of the CSRD regulation. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in Sustainability related role within consulting firm or a large European company with hands-on experience in:
Sustainability expertise required:
Familiarity with CSRD and local European ESG related regulations
Double materiality assessment
CSR Reporting
Preparation and execution of ESG implementation missions
Sustainability risk management related policies and procedures
ESG related data collection (including Carbon Footprint) and their audit
Understanding of Sustainability regulatory and market trends
Languages:
French
English
Additional European language would be a plus
