Lead Our Portfolio Performance and Integration Strategy

In this crucial position, you will spearhead the identification of profitable business ventures and oversee innovation within our agile organizational structure. Your collaboration with teams such as Eramet Ideas, Research and Development, and Industrialization will be vital to achieving shared success in our fast-evolving landscape.

As the director, you will promote autonomy, agility, and discipline to focus on high-impact opportunities that drive our Group forward. By uniting diverse teams and leveraging your extensive network, you will facilitate significant growth. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication between Eramet Ideas, various business units, and other stakeholders, thereby nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute actively to the development of a new business model and strategy for Eramet Ideas alongside the designated management committee.
  • Champion the implementation of an agile innovation process, maintaining high performance and integration standards throughout the innovation lifecycle.
  • Introduce advanced innovation practices and tools to enhance collaboration and expedite the development of new programs.
  • Lead the engagement process to pinpoint strategic priorities based on current and anticipated operational and business opportunities.
  • Manage the portfolio valuation and prioritization process, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, and financial value creation consistent with our corporate strategy.
  • Improve engagement with internal stakeholders by effectively communicating portfolio advancements and encouraging greater adoption of innovative practices.
  • Foster innovation capabilities and collaborative principles to establish a high-performing team environment.
  • Design and implement global innovation accelerator platforms.

About You:

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a successful history in managing innovation portfolios on a global scale and within diverse cultural settings.
  • A Master’s degree in business, commercial fields, mining, or engineering.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
