Join Worldline's Android Team

We are seeking a skilled Android developer to join our In Person Payment – Gateway team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand new Android payment device.

Our team is passionate about creating innovative payment solutions, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and expertise in Kotlin and Android development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with our French and Indian development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Participate in daily meetings to share progress and discuss blocking points.
  • Define and implement the best strategy for developing code that meets requirements.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Deliver working software to testers and ensure it meets requirements.
  • Prepare and organize demos for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the success of releases and propose technical enhancements.
  • Maintain continuous integration and respect the Definition of Done.
  • Participate in Agile processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in Kotlin and Android.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payment device development.
  • Knowledge of Android development environment, including Android Studio.
  • Knowledge of Gradle on Android.
  • Excellent knowledge of source control tools, such as Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of Agile processes, including SCRUM.
  • Excellent technical English, both spoken and written.
