Maintenance Technician

Afpa is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Istres.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist our maintenance teams in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on our building's infrastructure, including electrical, thermal, and sanitary systems.
• Manage the housing department, including conducting inventory checks, tracking contracts, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Training and Development: As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of building maintenance through a CAP-level training program.

Requirements:

• Volunteer with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer software.
