Job Summary
Groupe ADENES, a leading international expertise group, is seeking an Automotive Expert Technician to join our team. As a key member of our expertise team, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle expertise missions for insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate vehicle damage following an accident (photos, video conferencing)
- Identify the characteristics of the vehicles being expertized (legal, commercial, and equipment specifications)
- Calculate damages based on the accident declaration
- Establish the value of a vehicle based on the expertise
- Prepare detailed reports on accidents (financial calculations)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (insured, insurers, repairers) to estimate repair costs and facilitate the claims process
- Monitor and update claims files according to expected management processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient claims resolution
Requirements
- Technical degree in Mechanics or Bodywork
- Previous experience as a mechanic, bodywork specialist, or receptionist in a garage or car dealership
- Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of mechanical and bodywork aspects
- Excellent client attitude, ability to understand client needs and expectations
- Ability to analyze complex situations, gather relevant information, and synthesize
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Reactivity to challenges and changes, ability to take initiatives to resolve problems
- Positive attitude, ability to maintain a pleasant work environment, and a taste for challenge

Job Details
Full-time position, 37 hours per week (12 days of annual leave)
Annual salary, based on profile and experience, ranging from €22,000 to €25,000 per year, with quality-based bonuses
