Job Summary

Randstad, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Composite Materials Operator (F/H) to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for creating and assembling composite parts using innovative materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble composite parts according to specifications, using a range of materials including carbon fiber, kevlar, and fiberglass.
• Operate machinery and equipment, including autoclaves, ovens, and cutting tools, to process and shape composite materials.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on equipment and materials.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in composite materials and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Education: CQPM, Bac Pro, or Bac+2 in materials science or a related field, or equivalent experience in composite materials, woodworking, or a related trade.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including plans, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in composite materials processing, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Physical demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous materials.
