You should have effective team management skills, fact-based decision-making skills, and strong written and spoken English skills.
Additionally, you should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in IT related to software development, and at least 10 years of experience in team management on software development domain, with at least 2 years of experience in management or management-related positions.
