About the Role

At Dataiku, we're leading the AI revolution, crafting the future of AI for everyday operations. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping this journey.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team and clients to identify near-term and long-term priorities and define engagement plans
  • Manage milestones, contribute to deliverables, provide regular status updates, and proactively mitigate issues/risks
  • Centralize technical information about clients, participate in account strategy, and contribute to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team
Client Support
  • Work as a primary technical advisor, providing guidance and hands-on support on platform architecture, operations, best practices, security, data management, compute resources, ML-Ops, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Advise clients on new technologies and tech strategies around Dataiku, supporting innovative approaches like edge computing, deep learning, and advanced MLOps
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Native French speaker or bilingual
  • Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions, strong Linux system administration experience, including networking
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based services, Kubernetes, Hadoop, Spark, Python, Java, and ML Ops
What We Offer
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
