Role Overview: In collaboration with the Head Chef and the kitchen team, you will engage in various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of both the menu service and banquets:
- Menu Development: Contribute to the creation of the menu and dishes, as well as the preparation of technical sheets.
- Culinary Preparation: Execute the preparation of culinary dishes.
- Task Management: Plan and organize your tasks according to production needs.
- Service Coordination: Participate in the service phases.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of your tools and workspace.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications: You possess strong culinary technical knowledge, a keen sense of flavors, and an eye for presentation. You are organized, meticulous, and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills. Your attention to detail and creativity will be valuable assets in this role.
Employment Details: This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) with a work schedule from Monday to Sunday, including two consecutive days off each week and one weekend off per month.
Compensation: The salary is set at €2300 gross, along with a monthly maintenance bonus of €25 for the uniform, and meals provided.
