Join Our Team as a Technical Sales Consultant

Newsassurancespro is seeking motivated professionals to become part of our team as Technical Sales Consultants. These essential team members play a crucial role in guiding and assisting clients based on their unique requirements related to their life goals.

The primary objective is to enhance each interaction to implement loyalty initiatives for Newsassurancespro's offerings that align with client needs.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the enhancement of our service locations through effective appointment management. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales capabilities and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.

Newsassurancespro offers a comprehensive and compensated training program lasting three months, which emphasizes product expertise, sales methodologies, and digital tools to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will obtain the recognized professional certification CAPA (Professional Insurance Capacity) from the State.

Requirements: A degree in a commercial/client relationship discipline or equivalent professional experience.



Position Details:
  • 37-hour work week, Monday to Friday (Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM / Tuesday 8 AM - 6 PM / Saturday 9 AM - 12 PM)
  • Monthly gross fixed salary: 2624 euros (including 13th month, holiday bonus)
  • 32 days of paid leave and 11 RTT
  • Childcare allowance of 90 euros per child under 3 years old
  • Participation and profit-sharing bonuses with access to an employee savings and retirement plan
  • Additional benefits such as a company restaurant and meal vouchers.
