Reporting to the Southern Sales Manager, your role is to enhance and energize sales within your designated area, aligned with the objectives set by the commercial management.
You will assess client needs and expectations to provide tailored advice, selling appropriate products and services to foster client loyalty.
Your primary responsibilities include:
✓ Ensuring the growth of the client portfolio, revenue, and profitability within your geographical territory.

✓ Taking over an existing portfolio of active clients (carpenters, installers, applicators, distributors) and establishing yourself as their primary contact.
✓ Maintaining close relationships with major public and private clients.
✓ Engaging with project owners (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, local and territorial authorities) to identify key technical and commercial contacts.
✓ Investigating client projects and identifying potential business opportunities as early as possible.
✓ Conducting pre-qualification to ensure inclusion in tender processes and maintaining regular contact with key project managers (architects, economists, etc.). You will build a portfolio of projects in both renovation and new construction, actively prospecting to identify new contacts (installers, project managers, and owners).
✓ Providing regular activity reports to your management.
✓ Collaborating closely with the internal sales teams.
With a Bac+2/4 level education in commerce, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
✓ Experience in the building finishing sector.
✓ Self-sufficiency.
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓ Excellent organizational abilities.
✓ Ambitious, proactive, and a driver of results.
✓ Negotiation skills.
✓ Ability to work collaboratively.
This position is available as a full-time CDI.
