At Insulet Corporation, we're committed to simplifying life for people with diabetes. As a Senior Product Owner, Data Products, you'll play a critical role in driving the development of innovative data products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment on vision, goals, and priorities.
- Lead requirements gathering efforts on high-level features and epics, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to delivering value.
- Develop story details and support sizing efforts, driving backlog refinement activities and contributing to Sprint planning and review ceremonies.
- Enable team delivery by minimizing variability in executed Sprints, ensuring completed stories meet the definition of DONE.
- Prioritize the ART Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities, maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Product Owner roles.
- Knowledge of Web Applications and Mobile Application or Cloud development is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with audiences at various technical levels.
- Passion for continuously improving processes and practices, with a proactive approach to communicating with stakeholders.
